Shipping Policy

At Ingenious Gifts, we are committed to timely, secure, and transparent deliveries.

Shipping Regions:
We currently ship within India only.

Courier Partners:
DTDC, Maruti Courier, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Gati, and India Post.

Dispatch Timelines:

• Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days after final confirmation.

• During peak festive seasons, slight delays may occur, but we maintain capacity to handle 100+ B2B orders per day.

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping is available in the following Northern Indian states:
  Delhi, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, and Punjab.

• Outside these regions, shipping charges are applicable at actual courier cost.

Order Tracking:
All shipments come with free tracking links shared via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
