Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business—customized corporate gifting and branded merchandise—we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

Please Note:

  1. Returns and exchanges are not allowed for any product once branding has been approved and production has begun.

  2. Refunds will not be processed for any personalized orders, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect acknowledged before dispatch.

  3. Orders are made exclusively against client approvals (design/logo/packaging), and therefore cancellation after confirmation is not allowed.

  4. We recommend checking your proofs, order quantities, and details carefully before making payment.

For exceptional cases (wrong dispatch or damage in transit):
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and clear images at [insert official email]. Such cases will be reviewed internally and resolved as per company policy.
